Texture: Skyrim / L4D.
Mesh: Awning (master + slave) from Phelana (both included).
I was silly and didn't think to label the swatch until after I put it together, so please excuse it being out of order! Although I have a lot of recolours of this mesh they were all very clean and I couldn't help but think that an awning outside all the time would probably be a bit more worn. Basically there is the pictured awning (with the legs) and an awning without legs which is designed to hang off a wall (I can't remember which is the master / slave, sorry!).
