The mesh & 12 wooden recolours are included. To view a swatch of all the textures, click here. As far as I can tell, these basically function as a rug (ie. Sims can walk on them, you can put objects on them etc). The major difference is that these are slightly thicker then rugs so any very small, thin, flat deco may require an invisible shelf otherwise it may be eaten up by the boards. But turning off the 'snap to grid' function in game, you can create uneven edges or make them appear to hang over water. You can also place things in the floorboard gaps (ie. grass).
