Textures: Unknown (I had saved these textures over 6 months ago when I was intending to do some rug colours and since then have deleted the address to the place where I got them from. It was from an online rug store, sorry I can't be of any more help!).

Mesh: Bookworm Rug mesh by Steffor @ TSR (included).

The mesh and 15 recolours are included in the file. Here is a screenshot of their thumbnails in my folder (it was the easiest way to display all the colours). The numbers they are labelled in the picture corresponds with the numbering in the file so you can delete the ones you dislike.
